THE PROCESS

How a certificate gets made.

Five steps. No shortcuts. Nothing prints until you've seen it and said yes.

01

Verify

Before anything else, we confirm you're a real, registered institution, and that whoever's instructing us actually has the authority to. This isn't a formality. It's the first thing we do, every time, no exceptions.

02

Brief

Send your logo, your colours, the wording, whatever you've got. If you're not sure what you want, tell us what you're trying to say and we'll bring options.

03

Proof

We build the design and send you a proof. Every detail, exactly as it'll print. You read it line by line. We'd rather you take your time here than rush and regret it later.

04

Approve

Nothing goes to print until you've signed off in writing. Once you approve, that's the version we make. Changes after this point are a new proof, not a correction.

05

Produce & Deliver

Printed in a secure facility, checked, and shipped. You'll know roughly how long it'll take before you commit to anything, and we tell you the moment it's on its way.

TIMING

Plan ahead of the date that matters.

Graduations and ceremonies have fixed dates. We don't control customs, shipping, or your board meeting schedule, so the earlier you start, the safer your timeline. As a rough guide, allow three to four weeks from approved proof to delivery. We'll always tell you a realistic date, not an optimistic one.
